DESCRIPTION

For many, John Shelby Spong is a radical too much for the conservative believer to digest. His works have been at the forefront of controversies with his continual attacks on the traditional understanding of cardinal Christian doctrines such as the Virgin Birth, the Bodily Resurrection of Christ and the Gospel Narratives as history.

This book is his manifesto on what a "new" Christianity should be.
