DESCRIPTION

In this book, author Karen Hurston shares how Victory Christian Center in Tulsa, OK has grown from 29 groups to over 1,200 by being sensitive to the needs of their community and daring to think outside the box. It's a great read and the way Senior Pastor Billy Jo Daugherty has empowered his cell leaders to form cell groups in office buidlings, break rooms as well as homes is inspiring.

Victory continues to grow with conversion growth through their cell groups today... read all about this amazing church in this book penned by an amazing author (Karen Hurston was a youth pastor at Yoido in South Korea, the largest church in the world).
