DESCRIPTION

A growing number of working people are leaving their marketplace jobs today for vocational ministry. Anyone considering such a move will find answers to the questions “Is God calling me into ministry?” and “How do I know if it’s really his voice; how do I respond?” inside these pages.

This book studies hundreds of modern Christians who have made this crossover, providing encouragement and lessons learned from their journeys out of the marketplace. It will serve as a practical instruction manual and handbook for anyone investigating a second career in ministry.

"When you combine training with well-honed skills, personal passions, and spiritual gifts, your potential in God’s new calling can be staggering. For the Lord will work through you in your area of giftedness and will fuel your passions according to his purposes. His plans will unfold in front of you, and you’ll wonder why it took so long to find this sweet spot in your life." quote from page 106
