DESCRIPTION

The 8 sessions in this training are as follows:

• Preparing your heart for cell leadership
• Getting a meeting off the ground
• How to facilitate ministry in a meeting
• Practicing transparent communication in a meeting
• Life outside the group meeting
• Reaching out to unbelievers
• Walking through the stages of cell life (forming, storming, norming, performing, re-forming)
• Reforming by producing new leaders
• What do we do with the children?

Each session contains a practical exercise (homework assignment is found in the appendix) to "put feet" on what they have learned. This training is comprehensive, practical, and helpful for the future leader or the veteran who needs to brush up on the basics.
