DESCRIPTION

In April of 2010, Matt Hammitt and his wife Sarah were told that their unborn baby boy had a life threatening, life altering heart defect.

Following his birth they watched their newborn son, Bowen, endure two open heart surgeries, and spent four months at his bedside in a children's hospital.

Matt writes, "I have felt great pain for my son, but out of what appeared to be a well of emptiness has flowed a mountain of purpose...part of that purpose has become so tangible that I can hold and hear it in the album, Every Falling Tear."
