Father Leadership is a style of leadership that is biblical. It is patterned after that of the leadership style of God. God led Israel as Father out of Egypt into the wilderness & into the Promised Land. It is a leadership style practiced by Jesus & the Apostle Paul.

The essence of Father Leadership is that it is a leadership from the heart. It is based on a relationship of love. The follower follows a Father Leader not because he needs to, but because he wants to.

A Father Leader leads as a shepherd. He cares deeply for the follower & seeks for the good & growth of the follower. Father Leadership can be practiced on every level of leadership in the church. It is a very influential style of leadership. The follower listens & obeys the leader out of love & respect.
