DESCRIPTION

The Holy Spirit’s role in believers’ lives has been a hot-button since the moment Jesus ascended into heaven and left His kingdom work to the Church. Many Christians are confused about how the Spirit operates in their lives, caught somewhere between an “anything goes” Charismatic understanding of His indwelling and a skepticism that mistrusts anything “fanatical.” In spite of their uncertainty, however, most Christians are hungry for deep communion with God, which only comes when the Holy Spirit is given permission to be a free, active and personal influence on their hearts.
