DESCRIPTION

Working with an expanded definition of pseudepigrapha, the authors have now included Jewish, Christian, and pagan works not found in the earlier anthology edited by James Charlesworth. The collection consists of almost all known texts written before the rise of Islam. A required purchase for any biblical researcher.
