AN INVALUABLE RESOURCE FOR MISSIONS-MINDED CHRISTIANS!

From the best-selling author of Back to Jerusalem and The Heavenly Man, this is a one-stop resource for missions strategists, Bible translators and prayer intercessors. This is a book about:

• Passion - equipping passionate intercessors for informed prayer
• Power - empowering prayer to break down spiritual strongholds
• Profiling - focusing on specific groups in their cultural contexts
• Peoples - praising God for His gifts of diversity and life

In this one volume, Paul Hattaway has meticulously collected valuable information on all the Buddhist people groups in the world. Readers will learn about the different forms of Buddhism, where and how these are practised and what special challenges they present for Christians who want to bring the Good News of Jesus to Buddhists.

Thirteen articles by specialist missiologists are interspersed with the people group profiles to highlight particular aspects of Buddhist life and belief. The helpful indexes include a Language Family Index that shows how the various language groups are linguistically related.
