DESCRIPTION

This book has led thousands of pastors and church leaders to make radical changes in the way they view “equipping the saints for the work of ministry.” The author contrasts cell-based ministry with programs like Sunday School, provides a firm theological basis for cell-based ministry, and pulls no punches when it comes to explaining what’s wrong with the traditional church. If you are interested in cell group ministry, or you’ve already launched cell groups, this is a must-read!

Where Do We Go From Here? begins with Ralph Neighbour’s pilgrimage into cell-based church life as a frustrated denominational church planter and evangelist. He shares everything he has learned along the way, and then invests chapters into his own experimental approach in a small church plant in Houston, Texas in the 1970’s. He then goes into an excellent theological explanation of the cell-based church that may challenge what you learned in seminary.

Following this personal examination of beliefs, you will find a thorough explanation of how cell groups function, the role of the senior pastor and staff in a cell-based church, and the various ways cell churches are structured today.

This catalog is filled with a dozen books that will be helpful in your quest for knowledge about cell groups. But, no other title we carry will evoke a stronger emotional response!

Be forewarned: You may experience one or more strong feelings while reading this book. It may make you angry enough to throw it across the room (which pastors have told me they have done repeatedly). But in the end, we believe you will be brought to the point of saying “Ralph is right. I can never do church the same way again.” It has radically changed thousands and it will change you.

Will you abandon old traditions to embrace a far better way to equip your members to be the church, not just attend it? Read this book and decide for yourself!
